Steel grating is made of load-bearing flat steel and crossbars arranged in a certain interval, and then welded with a high-voltage electric positive welding machine to form the original plate, which is further processed through cutting, incision, opening, hemming and other processes to form the finished product required by the customer. It is widely used for its excellent characteristics. It has high strength, light structure, easy hoisting, beautiful appearance, durability, ventilation, heat dissipation, and explosion-proof. It is often used in petrochemical, power plant water plant, sewage treatment plant, municipal engineering, sanitation engineering and other fields. In wet and slippery places, steel grating is also required to have certain anti-skid performance. The following is an analysis of the commonly used anti-skid solutions for steel grating, which can be selected according to the actual situation of the project.
Anti-skid solution 1
In the existing technology, anti-skid steel grating usually uses toothed flat steel, and one side of the toothed flat steel has uneven tooth marks. This structure can effectively improve the anti-skid performance. Toothed steel grating is also known as anti-skid steel grating. It has excellent anti-skid effect. The toothed steel grating welded by toothed flat steel and twisted square steel is both anti-skid and beautiful. The surface of the toothed steel grating is hot-dip galvanized, and the silver-white color enhances the modern temperament. It can be used in a variety of places. The type of toothed flat steel is the same as that of ordinary flat steel, except that there are uneven tooth marks on one side of the flat steel. The first is anti-skid. In order to make the steel grating have an anti-skid effect, a tooth shape with certain requirements is made on one or both sides of the flat steel, which plays an anti-skid role in use. Anti-skid flat steel belongs to a special-shaped section with a periodic tooth shape and a symmetrical special-shaped section. The cross-sectional shape of the steel has an economical section under the condition of meeting the use strength. The cross-sectional shape of the ordinary anti-skid flat steel is used in ordinary use places, and the double-sided anti-skid flat steel is used in occasions where the front and back sides can be interchanged, such as the floor of the car spray paint room, which can increase the utilization rate. However, the production process of this structure of flat steel is more complicated and the production cost is higher. The price of toothed steel grating is relatively high, please consider the cost when purchasing.
Anti-skid solution 2
This is an economical and simple anti-skid steel grating, including a fixed frame and flat steel and cross bars arranged in the warp and weft in the fixed frame; the flat steel is tilted along the vertical direction of the fixed frame. The flat steel is tilted, and when people walk on this steel grating, the contact area between the soles of the feet and the flat steel is large, which improves the comfort of the soles of the feet and can effectively increase the friction. When people walk, the tilted flat steel can play the role of inverted teeth to prevent the soles of the feet from sliding under force. In order to prevent sliding when walking back and forth on the steel grating, as a preferred option, the two adjacent flat steels are tilted in opposite directions to avoid bumps caused by the cross bars protruding from the upper surface of the flat steel. The highest point of the cross bar is lower than the height of the flat steel or flush with the flat steel. This structure is simple, can effectively increase the contact area between the soles of the feet and the flat steel, effectively increase the friction, and play an anti-skid effect. When people walk, the tilted flat steel can play the role of inverted teeth to prevent the soles of the feet from sliding under force.
Anti-skid solution three: The anti-skid layer of the steel grating is adhered to the surface of the steel grating metal plate through the base glue layer, and the anti-skid layer is a sand layer. Sand is a commonly available material. Using sand as an anti-skid material can greatly reduce production costs; at the same time, the anti-skid layer is to coat a large amount of sand on the surface of the metal plate to increase the surface roughness, and to achieve the anti-skid function by virtue of the difference in particle size between the sand particles, so it has a good anti-skid effect. The sand layer is made of 60 ~ 120 mesh quartz sand. Quartz sand is a hard, wear-resistant, chemically stable silicate mineral that can greatly improve the anti-skid effect of the steel grating. Quartz sand in this particle size range has the best anti-bone effect and feels more comfortable to step on; the particle size of quartz sand is relatively uniform, which can improve the aesthetics of the steel grating surface. The base glue layer uses cyclopentadiene resin adhesive. Cyclopentadiene resin adhesives have good bonding effects and can be cured at room temperature. A variety of materials can be added according to the situation to improve the fluidity and color of the adhesive body, and there are various colors to choose from. The adhesive layer uses cyclopentane resin adhesive, and the adhesive layer is evenly coated on the surface of the anti-slip layer. Applying adhesive outside the anti-slip layer makes the anti-slip layer more solid, and the sand is not easy to fall off, thereby extending the service life of the steel grating. Using sand for anti-slip reduces the use of metal materials for steel grating and reduces production costs; using the difference between the particle sizes of quartz sand for anti-slip, the anti-slip effect is outstanding, and the appearance is beautiful; it is not easy to wear and has a long service life; it is easy to install and disassemble.
