Although some domestic equipment for processing toothed flat steel is semi-automatic control, its feeding, punching and blanking require manual operation, and the accuracy is not high. The monthly production efficiency is low and cannot meet the market demand. High-precision toothed flat steel punching machine is a new type of equipment that uses die punching method to process toothed flat steel. It realizes full automation from feeding, punching to blanking. The processing efficiency and processing accuracy are 3-5 times that of traditional processing methods, and it also saves manpower and reaches the domestic leading level.
