When customers purchase special-shaped steel gratings, they must first determine the size of the special-shaped steel gratings and where they need to be cut. The shape of the special-shaped steel gratings is not square, it may be polygonal, and it may be necessary to punch holes in the middle. It is best to provide detailed drawings. In the absence of drawings and processed according to the user's specified size, the area is the number of actual steel gratings multiplied by the sum of width and length, which includes openings and cutouts. 2. In the case of user-provided drawings, the area is calculated according to the total outer dimensions on the drawings, which includes openings and cutouts.
Users can send the designed special-shaped steel grating CAD drawing to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer's technicians will decompose the special-shaped steel grating and calculate the total area and total quantity according to the drawing. After the steel grating decomposition drawing is confirmed by both parties, the manufacturer arranges production.
Transportation of special-shaped steel grating
The transportation of special-shaped steel grating is more troublesome. It is not as regular as rectangular steel grating. Special-shaped steel gratings usually have different sizes and some have bulges. Therefore, pay attention to the placement problem during transportation. If it is not placed properly, it is very likely to cause the steel grating to deform during transportation, resulting in failure to install, or bumping and damaging the galvanized layer on the surface, which will reduce the life of the steel grating.
Force direction
There is also a problem involved, that is, the force direction of the special-shaped steel grating platform must be determined. If the torque and force direction of the steel grating are not determined, it is impossible to achieve the best load-bearing capacity.
